Well today we got told who was going to SUU invite well I made it so I am happy! Anyways we did a decently hard workout today. We did a 400, 400, 600, 400 with one min. brake in between every 400 and the 600 then after the first set we jogged a mile and then did that all over again besides after we finished the last 400 we just stood there and recover and then 3X200. So my times went 1:08 1:07 1:46 I kinda forgot we where doing a 600 so I think my time is off a little bit then I went 1:09 2nd set 1:08 1:08 1:47 1:08 then for the 300's I went :30.2, 29.8, and a :29.0 but I started it a little early but whatever. With a mile warm up and cool down.
