Well 8 miles todays I felt pretty good I ran a 7:01 overall pace my body still hurt a little bit but what ever track starts in 2 days can't wait. My mile pace for this run went 6:53 6:49 6:57 7:12 7:07 7:08 6:30 7:27 so pretty good for now it needs to be a little faster when my body is feeling better.
