Big Sur simulation run on the treadmill. :) 2 mile wu @ 1% incline, 9:05 min/mi pace 2 mile @ 5% incline, 9:05 min/mi pace 1 mile @ 0% incline, 7:41 min/mi pace 0.25 mi @ 3.5% incline, 8:00 min/mi pace 0.25 mi @ 0% incline, 7:41 min/mi pace 0.5 mi @ 3.5% incline, 8:00 min/mi pace 0.5 mi @ 0% incline, 7:41 min/mi pace 0.5 mi @ 3.5% incline, 8:00 min/mi pace 0.5 mi @ 0% incline, 7:41 min/mi pace 1 mile cd @ 1% incline, 8:27 min/mi pace 5x0.1 mile strides @ 1% incline, 6:00 min/mi pace with 0.1 mile recoveries Haha, this was a lot of fun! I just kind of made it up during my wu. Big Sur has a 5% climb over 2 miles around mile 10 of the marathon followed by (debatably) 13 smaller hills. I figured I'd find out now what those smaller hills would feel like. Not too shabby. :) |
