AM - 12.75 River Loop. Early run around the Target loop and extended down the River Trail all he way to the hotel. Seemed long. Included some tempo. Did abs first and a short walk with Twix. (Boston 47)
AM - 6.5 Twix/AC. Abs, ran with the dog and then the team. Did yoga after. It was not very effective with my wrist, but it had been much too long since doing it.
Evening - 2 BHNP. Ran around a little setting up for the relays. (Peg green 31.75)
