AM -4.25 DM/Mall.  First run on a Tuesday in over 3 months.  That is pretty crazy.  For most of the run, my achilles actually felt pretty good.  But it doesn't now.  (Peg blue 205.5)

AM - 3 Provo.  Participated in the annual coach's race at State today.  Ran over to the track from the hotel.  My achilles were both really hurting and the run was a struggle.  (Pace blue 71.5)

AM - 6 Provo.  Ran with Ryan and Vis up to the track and back to the hotel.  Felt way better than yesterday.  (Peg black 512.25)
