morning - 7 Sandy/Gully. Kind of a guess on mileage. But the meet got over way late last night, so I didn't get up any earlier than necessary. Ran with the team from the hotel to the bottom entrance to Dimple Dell and ran up the gully a bit. Hit this dope rope swing and everyone who was awesome went on it - even the old guy. Only the losers didn't try it (aka the injured Nick). (Kinvara green 331.75) Well I guess this week was better than last. What a yucky track season this has been for my own running. Goals for next week: does it do any good to have any goals? |
