AM - 13.5 Twix/Parkway.  A bit with Twix and then early AM practice.  We did some tempo and my hammy wasn't up to the pace, so I held back.  Just under 6:00 was as quick as I could push it.  I probably need to get that thing better before too long.  Abs.  (Peg black33 158)

Decided I had better get my hamstring better - it isn't healing while I'm running on it (obviously), so I need to take some time off.  Did abs and weights.  Spent some good time rolling on the hammy to try and allow it to heal correctly.  Walked the dog for 20 minutes.
