morning - 3 Kings Row. You know that's right... two runs in a week! Pushed it all the way to three today with Twix. Left hip and achilles were tight and achy like Monday. But did a good batch of yoga/stretching after and things have loosened up. I think I'll try three runs next week, but that might require getting up earlier... and I don't like that. (Peg blue 191.75)
Made it through another busy week with school and track. And I ran.
Goals for next week: get a little more running in.
