noon - 9.75 BHNP. Great workout at the park in the early afternoon. Warmed for 15 and then striders. I felt great on the striders and thought I might be starting to get a little something going after the good run the other morning and now this. Did 10 min of goal rp +1min tempo which went really well (for me and the team). Then we did a little longer recovery and into 3x2min at rp +30sec and 4x1min at rp all with equal recovery. I wasn't quite able to hang with the boys on the 1min, but it was my best workout in a long time. And super fun to run with the team. They (boys and girls) will do great next week. (Peg Oly 122)
