AM - 9.5 Runway/Sunrise.  Grabbed a light and took Twix into the desert toward Lower Grapevine.  It was nice, because once I got past Maverick I let her off her leash and just let her go crazy.  (Riders 40)

afternoon - 4 laps.  Finally got a little in for an afternoon.  Still not much because of coaching duties, but I joined Josie for her final 800 and the 3200 boys for theirs.  (F50 808.75)
