AM - 8 Twix/Sunrise. I should start trying to get up just a touch earlier and getting my morning to double digits. (Kinvara grey 111.5)

afternoon - 6.5 Fields. The struggle was real today with temps over 110. I actually felt fine, but hot. However a few of the kids hit some walls. Luckily, there were no major incidents. But it made for a long afternoon. Ended with 8xbarefoot striders. (Barefoot '15 60)(Peg 567.75)
