AM - 8.5 Twix/Sunrise. Just going to call the neighborhood loop I run with the dog Twix now to save me the extra time of a few more letters. Did that run and then over to practice for the usual. (Kinvara Green 282.25)
afternoon - 7 DI/track. Took awhile to figure out why I was tight and sore this morning - it was the BeastAndFeast yesterday; super tough set. Ran the tempo with the girls after helping a few of the groups get their paces on. Team isn't minding the tempos on the track too much as they are seeing the benefits of keeping track of time and pacing more effeciently. A little lifting after and 15 minutes of eliptical.
