AM - 6 PV. Ran to school via the Parkway and Warm Springs. Nice little run before the meet. (?) Planned on running home after the meet. But we got home later than I wanted because Hurricane is always slow, especially when they are trying some uniform junk that delays the last race by 1/2 hour. But the rest of the week was pretty decent with some speed and ehh mileage. Goals for next week: it is the biggest, most heinous week of the year... PV Invite. So whatever will be will be - just make it through alive. |
