AM - 12 Parkway. We've moved out long runs to extra early this season because of the heat. It is tough, but I am very impressed with the kids - nearly everyone who was supposed to be there was (over 40 of them at 5:30). Run was pretty good. Did get tired toward the end as the pace picked up. (Cumulus 164.25)
