Weight loss going even better than expected. Prerun post breakfast 168.5, postrun 164.5 its hot out there. I figure im really in the 166-168 range hydrated with an empty stomach now. Lol, only like 14lb to go to get back to my HM PR weight. Surgery is destroying me but so far I have managed to only miss 1 day per week because of it. Hopefully I can even stop missing that much. |
