+6 hard hill sprints
8 hard 200's on the track with a lap between each one + 2 laps warm-up and 1 lap cool-down +weightroom
easy 4 miles: time 40 minutes + 6 hard barefoot striders
The course was over the 2002 Olympic cross-country skiing area so there was about 30 seconds of flat ground in the whole course. Tough but fun. Great downhill to the finish.
