Married with two children, one in high school, one in college, one in grad school on her own out in the real world.  My lovely and gracious wife is a professional body builder (100% natural).  If I trained half as hard as she does, I really would be fast.  I make my living as a self employed geophysicist.

Parked at Teton Running.  loop across Johns Hole bridge.  Had planned on 27 today, but the wind was just too much,

made up for what I quit yesterday.  Less wind today but still pretty stiff the last 3 miles.  Ran from the house across Johns Hole bridge then home.

10  miles with Curt this morning through SRL and the Green Belt.  Felt like a a pretty good pace.  Worked a bit against the wind that was already picking up.  Glad I got the run early before it gets too bad.  Good company made it a good run.

First week ever of 70 miles and everything is feeling good.

I got the opportunity to run with an accomplished ultra runner this morning.  She had both good news and bad.

The good news is she thought my plan for mileage, long runs etc was "spot on" and I was well on my way.

The bad news is I have to get to work on a plan for and practice fueling.  She was quite clear that is the weak link in my training and it will need to be fixed.
