First week ever of 70 miles and everything is feeling good.
I got the opportunity to run with an accomplished ultra runner this morning. She had both good news and bad.
The good news is she thought my plan for mileage, long runs etc was "spot on" and I was well on my way.
The bad news is I have to get to work on a plan for and practice fueling. She was quite clear that is the weak link in my training and it will need to be fixed.
