| Today we did 6 miles on the ridge. I noticed that, somewhere in the middle, my hipflexer just let go of all the tension. So I felt great.

| We did a good mile repeat workout today. Times were a little slow, but I'm not too worried. I hit them all a couple seconds over.

| Easy 5. My leg still feels good, so things are starting to look good. I've noticed that, now that it's loose again, running is a whole lot easier. It certinally makes my life easier.

| 10*400 meter workout today. my time to hit was 1:24, but my times floated around 1:18-1:23. Hamstring tightened a little when we did our 200 meter finishes, so I need to be careful.

| 10 mile loop around Little Black Mtn. Our last 3 we picked it up and did a tempo run. I started out WAY too fast on the 1st mile, but I hit a 19:18, which is okay, I guess (I say I guess because I really didn't know what to expect after 7 miles, and I'm silently laughing as I write this, because I could barely break 20 on the 4th of July)
