6 miles, including warm up and jogging after the repeats. I was going to do the whole workout, but decided against it because I almost threw up after the warm up.
When we did our 7 miles in the morning, I felt pretty good. I enjoyed the run at night especially well.
Today, we did our VO2 Max workout. I shattered my old distance by at least two laps. We had an ice bath afterwards.
Adventure Run Thurs. We went up to Navajo Lake for the run today. It was an amazing run, even though I really didn't get much of a breakfast.
Mile repeats at Coach Thatcher's house. I felt good, and was able to hit all my times.
