| Today was baptism by fire day. first real workout in a while to dhake off the rust. We did 3*1000, 4*400, and 2*300. The paces got gradually faster throughout. Felt pretty crummy today, but I hit all of my times. Good way to start the week and get back into the swing of things.

8 out on the Arizona strip. Pretty nice to get back on the trails, but I definitley want to be out here more.

Workout today on the track. We did 2 mile warmup, 4*400, 1*800, 2*400, 4*200, and cooldown to get milage. Overall, a very hard workout. The paces were really fast. Good stuff.

| 2 mile warmup, 3200 race, and cooldown for milage.
Overall, a pretty iffy race. It started out on pace, going 5:00, but I didn't have it in me to push through the pain and keep the pace. It definitley didn't help that I fell behind, and couldn't regain traction with the main group. If I had someone to run with, I think I might have done better, but it's hard to say.
