Workout by myself for Spring Break. Did 10*1:00 Fartleks with 4*30 sec afterwards

Workout in the morning. I did 1:1, 2:2, 3:3, 4:4, 3:3, 2:2, 1:1. Didn't feel great. I think that I'm getting sick.

Fartlek workout (again). I did 4:4, 3:3, 2:2, 1:1, with 4*30 sec afterwards. Pretty meh workout. I'm not feeling the best. I'm definitley sick.
I was feeling too sick today, so I decided not to run.
