20*200s with 1:00 recovery on the track. Suprisingly difficult workout, with the recovery being so short.
7 in the afternoon with strides.
Workout today. We did 2*800 @ 3200 pace, 4*400 @ 1600 pace, and 4*200 finishes. Nice short workout for those of us not going to simplot.
No morning run
easy 5 in the afternoon.
Maintenance run on the track today for 20 min. Nothing crazy.
Easy milage by myself. Super rainy today, but fun nonetheless.
