no school today because of MLK day. Ran 8 by myself along the soccer trail.
3 in the morning
same progression run as last week, but we started at 7:05 this time. Still super good.
7 behind the school to the Lonley Mountain. Found lots of old liquor bottles and had a fun tome breaking them too.
12*400m repeats today on the track with HR recovery. Wupposed to hit between 1:07 and 1:09, and I did every time. Pretty hard workout, but still definitley more my style of a workout.
No morniong run today, just 4 in the afternoon. Recovering from the beastly workout yesterday.
