Progression run on the track. We started at 7:30 pace, then droppid it by 15 seconds every 2 minutes, and went for 20 minutes. First real quality workout I've had this season.
13 miles on the suicidal tendencies trail. Super hard run, but the vies at mile 8 was totally worth it. Good to run that far again. I'm gonna need need to do mre runs like that if I'm gonna do Speedgoat in the summer.
