7 in the afternon with strides and plyombata after practice. Good run. 

Progression run on the track. We started at 7:30 pace, then droppid it by 15 seconds every 2 minutes, and went for 20 minutes. First real quality workout I've had this season. 

Run @ navajo dr. Super windy, but a good run nonetheless.

First morning run of the year. Good to get back into the routine of things

8*200 m repeats behind the school on the hills. We did the workout with the sprinters today, so that was fun :)

5 in the afternoon with strides during the run. 

13 miles on the suicidal tendencies trail. Super hard run, but the vies at mile 8 was totally worth it. Good to run that far again. I'm gonna need need to do mre runs like that if I'm gonna do Speedgoat in the summer.
