In five years (when I'm sixty years old) I might be able to qualify for the Boston Marathon and complete an Iron-distance triathlon.

The short,  recovery runs - like today - feel great.  Nice, easy pace.  The heart rate is low. This is a big difference from last year and why I know that running every day is going to make a difference.

 A paradigm shift.

Two days, three days of total rest doesn't work in the running world.  Remember that what I know about conditioning is thirty-two years old.

Times have changed.

Still having trouble getting to sleep.  I have put my body into a bit of a shock.  That's okay.

Just be patient and don't overdo it.

P.S.  Sutter is the best dog on the planet.  I love him and he loves to run.  Just like Saint Peter did.
