Not sure what the weight gain means.  Probably nothing.  I am staying within my daily calorie goals.

Had a little rock in my shoe at the beginning of Champion Mine Rd.  It flipped out of my hand and rolled about 20 feet down a steep embankment when I took it off my foot.   Pretty tough getting to it, and getting back up to the road.

 Sutter just watched and waited.

The fair is tonight.  Will eat before going.  I don't want to load up on greasy corn dogs and other fatty foods.  My stomach can't take it.  And I don't want the calories.

 8 miles...

I am tired.
