Only did a mile this morning because it was way cold and didn't have a lot of time. This after noon we ran down to Sugarhouse and did a fartlek workout. We did 20 sets and each each set was 2 minutes on and 1 minute off. Felt really good and I wanted to try and get ten miles before the hour was up. I hit 10 at minute 57 and ended up going 10.37 in an hour so I was happy. Ran back to the school and added until I was at 16. Overall I really great workout!!
