Had a good 3 miles in the morning. Just a nice easy loop. My legs felt a little stiff but the warmed up. ----------------------------------------- For the afternoon we had a speed workout. We did 1 mile warm-up then 1 mile more of speed changes. Then we had 2x200s where we just opened up the stride. Then a 400, I hit a 69. Then a 1000 in 3:15 and 2x600s at 1:47 and 1:41. Then another 1000 at 3:06, another 400 at 63 and 2x200s at 30 and 29. |
