AM: 2 miles warmup, 4 mile tempo in 20:15, and 2 mile cooldown. Legs were feeling kind of tired/flat but still good effort.
PM: 2 mile warmup, 2 sets of 4x400 with recovery starting at 1 minute and increasing to 1:30. 8 minutes in between sets. 1st set was 64,62,60,60 2nd set was 64,62,60,64. Locked up pretty bad on the last one.
