Jogged down to Liberty and did 2 laps of fireman. Then we jogged back to the school. I felt really good and I worked to push to the front every time. HUGE shoutout to Sarah! who has been working her butt of this week and last week! Can't wait to see what she can do on Friday!
Ran up to the Utah Track and did 6 J's. (sprint 200 meters then jog 200 meters). After that we ran towards Shriners Hospital then ran back to the School Shriners way. Added to 10. Felt great during the J's I really worked on pushing the 200 meters.
Ran down to Sugarhouse and did 2 laps around the park then ran back. On the way back I was moving really well! My last four miles were 6:04, 6:01, 5:51, and 5:38. Good luck to everyone racing at the Oval tomorrow.
