| Nice easy quick workout today. It was 600, 400, 600, 400, 600, 400. The six's were 1:45, 1:44, 1:43, and the 4's were 67, 66, 65. It went by quick and they felt controlled and pretty easy, so things are looking up for state. My goal is top ten, but I will have to run a killer race to do that.

| Solid run on Bonneville Shoreline trail today. Lil' Warner and I started cruising once we hit the trail and were hitting sub 6 pace for 5 miles or so. Will came today which was fun.

| Today we had 10x400 on the track. Lil' Warner had to leave early so Zack, Jamison, and I ran early with him. It was SO windy today. The backstretch was absolutely wretched, and when it was my turn to lead I really had to press. Times were good considering the wind: 69, 66, 67, 67, 67, 68, 66, 67, 67, 68. |

| We are staying in Park City over fall break, so I ran I drove down to the high school to do my workout. It was two sets of 600, 400, 200. Maddie Bench from AF was just finishing her workout when I got there which was kind of funny. My times were 1:41, 65, 31 for the first set and 1:41, 65, 30 for the second. They felt really good and I was glad I was able to keep the 600's at 4:30 pace. Afterwards went on a solid cool down. |
