Last workout before region today, 3 sets of 600, 400, 200. Times were:
600's- 1:44, 1:44, 1:42
400's- 66, 67, 67
200's- 30, 30, 30
Ryan wanted the 6's at a little slower than mile pace, which worked out to about 4:35 pace, the 4's at mile pace and the 2's at about 800 pace. Ive never run a 2:00 800 but they felt easy. Afterwards we ice bathed on the golf course.
