| Did a section of mountain run with the Timberline trail after. Pretty easy pace because a lot of us were still tired from Saturday, but we picked it up towards the end. Also ran flyers for an hour before so I'll call it a mile. |

| Fun run today. We went up to Lambert and ran High Bench, Spring, and Middle Spring. Coming down Grove we started cruising, and even got going sub 5:30 pace the last couple miles. It felt pretty easy too which is good. Will set a new PR of 5:28 (was 5:50)on the last mile haha. Strides after, felt wonderful.

| Went to practice but turned back early because me and Ashton are going to summit Mount Superior and Monte Cristo later. 6 total including running flyers before practice. Later Ashton and I headed up Little Cottonwood. We got a late start and didn't make it to the trailhead until 7:00, but we just made sure to keep the pace honest and try not to take very many breaks. The first mile and a half wasn't very technical, but very steep and my calves were burning hardcore. Once we got up to the ridge running became impossible, and the last mile to the summit took about 45 minutes probly. Lots of Rock scrambling and climbing, which made for a fun time. We got to the top of Superior and saw that a storm was rolling in so we hurried over to the peak of Monte Cristo, then started scurrying back down the ridge. We made it back to the car right as we ran out of light, and it started raining. It was a good thing we hurried because getting caught on top of a mountain in that storm could have been pretty ugly. |

| First workout today! 4x666 meter hills on Dustin's hill. Sadly my legs were still pretty wrecked from summiting superior 10 hours earlier and I ran most of the workout with Steven and Trevor. Times were 2:44, 2:44, 2:43, 2:35. Super slow times, but my legs would just not move fast. Oh well, I will just kill the next hill workout and prepare for it a little smarter. Seth killed it today, and if he can stay consistent could be the fifth guy we need to be an NXN team. |

| Nice easy recovery day. We went up the Hogs trail then turned at the intersection. When we got back we had breakfast at the park. I ate a lot of watermelon.

| Did hogs today with a little 15 minute tempo in the middle. Felt tired for a lot of it, but the last couple miles felt pretty solid. 'Twas my first time running hogs this summer and it was just as fun as I remembered it to be. Later ran a couple miles of flyers. |
