| My aunt from Seattle is in town, and after first session of conference she wanted to go for a run but didn't know where to go so I went with her. We just did 5 easy miles on Bonneville Shoreline. |

| Monday through Wednesday we biked the white rim in canyonlands. On the first day about 25 miles into it me and my cousin stopped and decided to do a trail run at this one trail called fort bottom. It was about 5 miles total of awesome single track trail that ran on top of the spine between mesas. It was kind of sketchy at some parts because the trail was only a couple feet wide with sheer droppffs on either side, but it was fun. At the end we climbed up ontop of the mesa and there was a cool indian ruin of a tower, and after thta we ran down to the Green RIver and cooled off a bit. Easily one of the coolest runs I have ever done.

| Today my Uncle, cousin, and I woke up at 6:30 to go for a run before everybody else woke up. We ran down the main trail for about half a mile before turning onto a dry riverbed for a while until we got to the real trail we were trying to find. It was awesome, it just went straight up the cliff side with a million little switchbacks and we gained over a thousand feet in like 45 minutes. Once we got up ontop of the clifff we ran along it for a mile or so before the trail stopped. On top we could see miles and miles of Canyonlands, which made for a pretty rad view. We ran down which was pretty brutal on my legs, but worth it.

| Today we were back from Canyonlands so I went and ran with the team. We did a 15 minute tempo in the middle of an hour run. It felt good, and I was right behind Clayson on all of it. I split from the team in the middle of the cooldown to run home.

| Today I did a workout at Park City high schools track. 1600, 1200, 800, 400, 400 with one lap recovery in between each. Times were 5:00, 3:45, 2:23, 67, and 66. I was feeling the 2000 foot jump in elevation, but overall it was a pretty fun workout. Their track is nice and it was a beautiful day, so the workout wasn't as painful as usual. |
