workout today, 1200, 800, 800, 400, 400, 400. Felt kinda weak from my sickness still so tried my best and did pretty much the whole workout, even tho it was unbelievably rough for me. First 1200 I told myself to just run with the top group and we hit 3:37. On the 800 I kind of died the second 400 and ran 2:23. Next 400 I dropped out halfway thru and took a bunch of extra recovery before the 400's. They were rough, but I managed to keep them under 70 haha, at 67, 66, 69. Definitely still not feeling 100%, but I was at least able to finish this one so I'm happy.
