Progression workout today. We do one mile on the track at 7:30, then 3 laps at 6:20 pace, then miles at 5:50, 5:40, 5:30, 5:20. I was feeling really good throughout all of it until right as we were finishing the 5:30 I cramped up bad and had to stop. I kind of shook it out and waited for Clayson to come through with 800 to go before hopping back in. I ended up finishing that last 800 in 2:23. Clayson finished in sub 5 with like a 2:17 last 800. Good workout, and I am looking forward to when we do it again so I can try to close with Clayson around 5. |
