Adam's Running

Fun run on Alpine loop with a quick stop at the cave by Justin's house. Grabbed Justin's GoPro on the way down for some pictures. Got going pretty fast on Alpine highway like usual.

Ran down to AF and back before strength training. I didn't go tho as I had somewhere better to be.

Later was hanging out with my friend Ali and I convinced her to come running with me! She doesn't do track or xc so I was quite surprised at how well she did. We went a little more than five miles. I love running at night in the winter, everything was so peaceful and the weather was perfect. Good times.

So apparently we are running in the mornings now, but I slept in today. After school I did mountain run from my house. The snow was really wet and soft so I was sliding all over the place, but it was still an excellent time. I ran really slow on the trail, so when I was on the road I made sure to keep the pace a little faster than normal. Coachella lineup came out and it is soooo good this year. Sufjan, Edward Sharpe, LCD Soundsystem, Beach House etc. I am seriously thinking about buying a ticket and driving down there this April.

Lazy day with strength training after, and like a bajillion pullups.

Drove down to SUU with Jamison for a visit. We ran with the team and were only going to do 8, but the route ended up being more. We ran down a road for a couple miles before hopping on a trail that went up and down through some hills. Once we hit the trail everybody picked it up, but it felt good and was actually really fun. Spent the rest of the night hanging out with some guys on the team. We went bowling and spent a lot of the time at the track house shooting each other with nerf guns. We also watched the movie "Kung Fury". Nobody really liked it but me and George haha. Twas an excellent time. We stayed the night at Ib's house in the basement.

Went on a tour of campus in the morning with Nick Hill and Piercen Maez. Afterwards Jamison and I made the long drive home. I was falling asleep at the wheel so we stopped and I drank a Red Bull and was fine after that. When I got home I went for a run up on Bonneville by myself. The last couple miles I was feeling really good and picked it up significantly.
