Workout today. 800, 600, 400, 800, 600, 400. It was REALLY windy on the homestretch, which led to some slower times. Times were 2:22, 1:44, 66, 2:25, 1:48, 70. My stomach started hurting halfway through the second 800, and combined with the wind the second set was really difficult to get through. I'm probably going to be racing the 4xmile and DMR on Saturday at Kearns, should be a good time. |
