Slept through practice, so I did my long run later with my dad on the bike. We drove down to Provo to do it on the Provo river trail for a little change of scenery. I started and felt REALLY good, so I decided to turn into a progression run. Mile splits were:

Overall an awesome run, and gave me confidence for these next couple races. I felt very controlled throughout the whole run, and it was fun to run fast.
