Progression run today. Its 7:30, 7:00, 6:30, 6:00, 5:40, 5:30, 5:20, 5:10 all on the track. Was feeling ok during the first 4 miles, then my stomach started to hurt. I tried to push through, and led for most of the 5:30 and 5:20, but as soon as we finished the 5:20 I had to stop. My stomach has been hurting ever since we finished like 4 hours ago which sucks. Afterwards we took an ice bath.
