Pretty hard workout on the track today. It was 200, 400, 600, 800, 1200, 400, 400. I always hate it when the intervals keep getting longer throughout the workout, but it's good for me I guess. Times were 29, 65, 1:37, 2:18, 2:28(I got a side cramp 600 into the 1200 and had to pull out.), then 65, 65. Overall a good workout, especially with how hot it was. Afterwards we ice bathed up the canyon. Also I totally got a skateboard today, and I'm pretty pumped to go ride it right now. |
