Missed practice and slept in til noon haha. When I woke up I went out to do the run, which was supposed to be 8 faster paced miles, but I was feeling achey and stiff so I decided to do a couple slow miles then do a few faster tempoish miles. I just did them on the canal, and once I got going I felt pretty good. I did four faster miles at 5:58, 5:46, 5:31, 5:18 (last half was downhill). Felt decently easy and smooth. Afterwards I went to Beto's and got a breakfast burrito, which was absolutely heavenly. |
