Had a workout today, so I had to run like 3.5 miles away to find a track cuz Oceanside high school is stupid. Sadly I got to the place where there was supposed to be a track and it was nowhere to be seen so I went over to an empty field full of weeds and used my watch to mark out a 400 meter loop on a little dirt trail that went around the perimeter. Workout was 8x400 with 90 seconds rest. Times were 64, 65, 63, 63, 63, 64, 66, 60. Felt really good on these and was really happy with the times, especially cuz there was a couple really sharp turns hat slowed me down. Getting pumped for Friday.
