Good workout today. We started with a 400 in 75 just to loosen up the legs a little, then did the workout of 1600, 1200, 800, 400. Felt pretty good today, and we hit perfect pacing on the whole thing. Times were 4:57, 3:40, 2:16, 65. Getting excited for nike. Good luck to everyone in the Connor Arnell Classic tonight. |
