30 minutes biking, 15 minutes stairmaster and 10 minutes of running. 10 minutes was about all my lower calves could handle. I can't remember the last time they were this sore.

did my first 2 miles today...felt good. Of course I had to bike for an hour to get them ready.

Nice work! That is more than I could muster. It seriously feels like someone hit my lower calves with a hammer.
Great job at the race on Saturday! It sounds like you ran the perfect race and had a fun time doing it. We will definitely have to cross paths in Boston.
