5miles: 32:10 Dam 2 Dam in 2009.  Master's winner.

5k: 20:00:00  19:54 in May 2010.

2008:  Ran the Slam + Boston

Up City Creek and back.  8:16 ave pace.  Ran fairly ez but probably picked up the pace a bit because of my train of thought.

All morning I've been trying to remember what I was thinking about and I can't. This must be a sign of being a Master's runner. What ever it was, it must have been exciting or angry. Both can make me pick up the pace.
