Ran BST to the mouth of Dry Creek and back. It was cold, upper teens to mid 20s and I was a bit over dressed, but I don't get the guy and gal running in shorts?

I saw a girl running in shorts along Wasatch Blvd by Big Cottonwood Canyon on my way to skiing. My car temp read 12 degrees. I thought she was inane! We need another storm to clear the gunk and get rid of this freeze! NICE mileage this week. Are you going break 2400 this year!
