JRP. Short warm up and cool down. 6 miles at roughly marathon pace in the middle. Goal was 7:00ish. I felt much better than I thought I would, pretty good for the pace actually. 7:00, 7:02, 7:04, 7:02, 6:58, 6:45. ave 6:59 Last week- 7:03, 7:03, 7:10, 7:09, 7:07, 7:03. ave 7:06 (14 to 17 mph north wind)
